We did wonder, when Jaguar revealed they were taking a one-off design study of the new F-Type to Goodwood this week if it would be the first look at the Jaguar F-Type R. Well, it is, but with a big twist. Yes, the Jaguar Project 7 – for that is what Jaguar has called this one-off F-Type – is an F-Type with the 542bhp version of the Supercharged V8 the other performance Jaguars get.

The new Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line – a sportier cosmetic take on VW’s compact SUV come crossover – was actually revealed almost a year ago, but it’s take VW UK since then to get round to offering it in the UK. Still, better late than never.
Audi will air an ad during the Super Bowl for the fifth consecutive year. The company will use the big game to display the LED headlights on the juiced-up 2013 Audi S7 sedan. The ad's theme is still under wraps, but it will revolve around the benefits of LEDs, which Audi says is its signature.
